Loan Officer Job Responsibilities

• The ability to take complete mortgage applications
• Analyse applicant's financial situation, and talk knowledgeably about mortgage programs with clients
• The ability to analyse and recommend the right loan program fitted for their situation
• Contact borrower to sell loan proposal
• Obtain all required documentation need from borrower
