Riverbank Finance is a locally owned independent mortgage broker in Grand Rapids, MI. We offer residential home loans for both refinancing and new home purchases. Anthony Bird and Joshua Woodwyk founded Riverbank Finance LLC in 2011. Our purpose was to provide a combination of low rates and fees with a wide range of produces as a true independent mortgage broker. Both owners are active in the operations of the company on a day to day basis and are producing loan officers.

Riverbank is not a mega bank or online only lender where you cannot reach a person with a phone call.
