    Mortgage Loan Processing Job Qualifications

    • Process loans and validate loan information.
    • Complete Document checklists to ensure complete loan packages
    • Communicate the status and progress of each file with borrowers, loan originator and realtors
    • Requested and review required conditions to fully approve loans
    • Request, review and update title commitments
    • Request, review and update title commitments
    • Schedule and coordinate loan closing with borrower, title company and realtor
    • Create and maintain a courteous and professional relationship with co-workers
    • Maintain timely and prompt daily attendance
