Talking to someone about personal finances can be one of the most intimidating topics and requires a lot of vulnerability from the clients. Buying a home is most likely the largest purchase someone will ever make and that is why I believe it is important for the client to trust me as their loan officer, that I will be able to give the best advice and counsel to them to achieve their goal of purchasing or refinancing their home. My commitment to clients and Realtors is to provide the best communication possible, even when the conversation involves bad news or even if there is no news. As I see it, we are all a Team!

As a professional loan officer at Riverbank Financial and an experienced real estate agent, I can provide the most rounded advice to my clients as I am also able to discuss all aspects of a potential or current transaction. As we are a mortgage brokerage, I can compare scenarios with many different lenders to get the best rate at the lowest price. There is nothing like the joy of starting a simple conversation about the possibility of purchasing a home and then being at the signing table when the keys are handed over to the new owners!

Unfortunately, not everyone will immediately qualify and get the preapproval right away, and many loan officers may simply discard the clients. But with me and through an action plan and continued communication with the clients, I have confidence that we will collectively and ultimately reach my client’s goal!
