I am a producing loan officer also and have been for 10+ years. I close millions in loans monthly and understand the unique mortgage market that we are in today. Things are not the same as they were even a year ago. I have worked at net branch retail lenders, and done the banking model. This quickly taught me why brokers are better.

Our staff at Riverbank Finance uses a team approach. We all communicate on a regular basis to review loan scenarios and find the best programs to fit the client’s needs. Our proven systems provide a clear path from prospect to closing. Our lender partners also provide great training tools, scenario desks, and up front To-Be-Determined underwrites, without a property address, to confirm loans will close smoothly.

LEADS PROVIDED

As a loan officer at Riverbank, you will be provided exclusive leads that apply with our company for financing (not Zillow or Bankrate garbage where you have 5 competitors). We receive hundreds of loan inquiries weekly that will provide you with a steady stream of loans in your pipeline. On top of leads, we offer extra income for self generated referral loans. With our systems, all of our loan officers earn more than the industry average for Michigan and enjoy a normal 40 hour work week so they can enjoy time with their families.

CLIENT FOLLOW UP

One of the largest challenges as a loan officer is staying in front of your Clients and referral partners. Our proprietary CRM system implements automated lead follow up with emails, integrated text messaging and phone support. The follow up starts when they are a lead and continues for years after their closing (this is not an out of the box system that send holiday recipes and other useless junk mail).

Once you close a loan for a client you will be notified if they have their credit pulled, list their house for sale or request a loan payoff (how many times have you missed the boat and found out your client got a new loan with your competitor!).
