Eric Van Swol

Loan Officer Eric Van Swol is a bright young star in the mortgage game. Think Michael Jordan circa 1984, Jackie Robinson circa 1947, or Michael Phelps circa 2004. If these comparisons elicit emotions of inspiration and awe, that is exactly what should occur. Like all of his aforementioned predecessors, Eric stands on the precipice of greatness with a drive and a hunger to be a champion in his own right. While championship trophies and gold medals don’t adorn the mantle just yet, nor is it likely that would occur in the mortgage industry, Eric is ready to shine and is committed to prospective and current clients alike in order to achieve the greatest level of success for them in their search for the best service and financing.

He graduated from Hope College with a B.A. in History, Communication, as well as Spanish, which he speaks fluently. Forever a Dutchman in more ways than one, he likes sports almost as much as he likes competing and sports metaphors.
