I am not sure where to start. First I was turned down by 3 banks because I owned a Manufactured Home. I was about to give up when Tomas Frezghi from Riverbank Finance came into my life. He assured me he could help, though I had my doubts. My home was built before Hud took over, which made a loan on it almost impossible. I am a widow on social security and my credit score was just OK. He led me step by step. Always answered my text in a very timely manner, and today I have my loan and on the best possible terms. If you need someone to be in your corner and think a loan is impossible, don't give up. Call Tomas and just talk to him. Let him spin his magic.

Initial phone call was great, but once we neared our closing date things got rough. First, they failed to inform us that our loan wouldn't be funded on the day of the closing. This not only upset the seller, but didn't allow us to move in on our closing date. Once we got past that, they said the paperwork would be overnighted and it would be funded 3-4 days later (closed on Friday and they said by Wednesday it would fund). Half way through Wednesday we followed up to check the status and was informed that they just received the file and that it now wouldn't be funded for another day. I've purchased several homes, but this transaction was the worst and instead of being apologetic, Riverbank praised themselves for such a speedy time frame to get to closing. I will NOT be using them again in the future.

Had a great experience with Tomas. He was great with communication and worked with me to make sure we could hit the closing date we were shooting for. I’ll definitely give him a call when it’s time to get another mortgage or to refi down the road

Tomas was very helpful throughout the whole process. He kept me up to date and was always very responsive. Id never heard of Riverbank Finance before but Id absolutely recommend them and particularly Tomas to anyone I know.

Anthony went absolutely above and beyond to help us. Our home buying process was a journey and as soon as we got Anthony on board it felt like I could breathe again. Even though we turned to him frantically at what seemed like the last minute, he graciously stepped in and got everything done in a very short amount of time. He was truly our saving grace. Every question we had he answered thoroughly and truly helped us get exactly what we needed.

Sonya Doty went above and beyond. She worked with me for 3 years to put me in my home. She explained every facet of the mortgage process to me made sure I completely understood everything right down to the final signature I signed. She is an amazing agent
