Since 2017, Sonya Dody has been a driving force in the Michigan mortgage industry. With a professional background spanning over 20 years in sales and client management, Sonya understands that a mortgage is a critical piece of your financial future. She is known for her "outside the box" thinking, finding creative ways to make complex deals work when others can’t.

West Michigan native, Sonya grew up in the Montague and Whitehall area and now resides in the Lowell countryside with her husband, Lance, and their two children.

The Dody household is a lively one, shared with Percy spunky Wire Fox Terrier, Archie the mini lop rabbit, and Blaze the Leopard Gecko. When she isn’t closing deals, Sonya is likely outdoors—camping across Northern Michigan, boating on the Great Lakes, or traveling to find the nearest sun and sand. Whether she’s riding quads, hiking, or snowboarding, Sonya brings the same high energy to her personal life as she does to her clients' closings.
