Jen Bird was born and raised in West Michigan. She moved to Grand Rapids to attend Grand Valley State University, where she earned her degree in Recreational Therapy.

Jen is a proud mom to three boys Lincoln, Brayden and Mason as well as a dog named Lola. She enjoys running, reading, spending quality time with her family and attending/coaching her son's sports.

Helping families achieve homeownership is what Jen loves most about working at Riverbank. She finds purpose in guiding people through the process, making their dream of owning a home come true.
